The Earlandiidae are a group of Foraminifera known from the Ordovician to the Carboniferous, with a free test that is tubular or uniserial. The genus Earlandia had a globular proloculus followed by a long, non-septate, tubular chamber with a terminal aperture (Loeblich & Tappan 1964).
