Micruropodidae

The Micruropidae are a family of amphipods endemic to Lake Baikal in Russia.

Characters (from Bousfield 1977, as Micruropidae): Mostly large-eyed, pelagic, uropod III equally biramous, antennae and peraeopods elongate.
