
Belongs within: Panorpoidea.
The Permochoristidae are scorpionfly-like insects known from the Permian to the Jurassic (Novokshonov 2002). Wings have SC bearing two anterior branches, a long MA fork, and five-branched MP (Bashkuev 2011).
