Trapezites, ochres, is an Australian genus of skippers with larvae feeding on species of Xanthorrhoeaceae (Braby 2000).
Characters (from Braby 2000): Antenna with club bent sharply beyond middle, apiculus variable; third segment of labial palp of moderate length; fore wing with vein CuA2 arising nearer base than end of cell, vein 1A+2A in male relatively straight; hind wing with vein CuA1 arising closer to M3 than to CuA2; hind tibia usually with two pairs of spurs; male lacking patch of sex-scales.
