Leperditellidae

Belongs within: Platycopida.

The Leperditellidae are a group of ostracods known from the Ordovician period. They have straight-hinged, unisulcate valves without any marginal frill, velate structures or flanges at the extremities of the hinge (Benson et al. 1961).
